1. Your collection is excellent. What’s your inspiration?

Thank you so much. It’s always nice to have such positive reactions to my work.

My source of inspiration is more often than not the raw materials themselves. I tend to have an open dialog with them and I basically give them the opportunity to show me the way, their capabilities, always with experimenting as a cornerstone.

2. You run your own business in the middle of crisis. Why?

If you risk nothing, then you risk everything.

3. Are you an optimist person? Do you think there is light in the end of the tunnel eventually!

I prefer not to put labels with words as someone can be an optimist or a pessimist at any given time. There’s always light at the end of the tunnel, it’s up to your will to see it.

4. What is Greece to you?

Greece to me is a lady, dressed in blue, very sensitive but at the same time strong and easy-going, a restless believer, who enjoys the sun as well as welcoming you to a dinner full of flavours and memories.

5. Share with us a perfect restaurant in Athens a place you would propose to your friends from abroad…

A nice environment, good food and excellent service is “prosopa”, a restaurant at Gazi. I also recently stumbled across the new Museum of Gastronomy in Thisio, that provides a unique experience for the visitor. And let’s not forget the sublime souvlaki take-away, enjoying one while strolling around Monastiraki and Plaka, followed by a coffee break at some alley…

6. Five things of Greece you cant live without?

Our loud laughter!

The sun and sea!

My family and friends!

The closeness and openness with others!

My beloved Eressos (*a village in Lesvos)

Our paralogism!

I said 6 or 7, hope that’s ok…

7. What are your next business goals?

To buy an anvil in order to be able to hammer 

8. A chic woman in her closet should always have..?

A mirror that when she looks in, she’ll tell herself: “You’re beautiful today and chic, as always, if not more!”

9. Your perfect winter holidays in Greece should be in?

This year I gathered wonderful memories from a beach in Kourouta, a Peloponnesian village, gazing at the waves!

10. The secret of being so creative and shining like you?

Find who you are then be thankful with what you discover and let it shine without thinking about the past or the future too much. Be here and now! Be present, appreciate what you already have and enjoy your senses!!!
