The cottage industry founded in 1999, with recipes dating back to 1895, by the mother of Mr. Papayiannides, Lela and grandmothers Efthimia and Helen. Using the latest and most modern machinery and product control packaging, manages to combine tradition with technology in the most modern and yet traditional production of jam and sauce.

The production plan is based on HACCP, the personal care of N. Papayiannides. For the production of our products are only used seasonal fruits, while a large amount of products from our family estate, in Pyrgi Thermis Lesvos.
Our products contain no preservatives, colors, or other chemicals, our jams containing more than 68% of fruit, while honey and masticha which are used in some of our products, are from Chios.
Ouzo which is used in some of our products is from Mytilene. The sauces are erased with white wine and are kept into virgin olive, of family production.
Finally, we'd like to add that all items are packed in jars of 380 g.
