The ΠBOX concept was born in early 2010 as the brainchild of Christoforos Peskias, the acclaimed chef who won the Chef of the Year award in 2009 and his business partner Costas Pissiotis.

Its aim was to meet a demand of the times for creative, good valued, good quality food from a very fresh point of view. It focused on blending ingredients, recipes and techniques from all over the world into a homogenous international style with roots in traditional Greek cooking, creating a very personal signature cuisine which Mr. Peskias himself prefers to call it “Greek cosmopolitan”.
