Antonakis Christodoulou was born in Athens in 1978, he studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts and Fine Art Media at the Slade School of Fine Arts in University College London. He works mainly with photography, drawings, collages and video. He has presented his work in solo and group exhibitions in Greece, Great Britain, Germany, France, Korea and the US with more recent , his solo show "Rethymno - Los Angeles 11391,480 km" at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Crete.
His research is focusing on prime time TV shows, their universal language, their rules and their common structure. He is interested in the mythical dimensions of each story (on and off cameras) and how all these can be as important and influential as well known mythological systems, such as the Ancient Greek.
